No, they have ways of tracking wether or not a press copy gets leaked but it has absolutely nothing to do with giving each copy a unique ID because thats a retarded and time consuming process.

They would, its not not they manualy add a code to each copy. Every copy can be uniquely identified, now you can scrub that no problem if you take the time to find out how.

No, because even if game carts do contain unique data (they don't) they would be stripped from the dumped version anyways. No game dumps have unique data. That kid wont be banned for using a sold cartridge...because Nintendo wouldn't even know it was dumped, again, even assuming the cart has unique data (again, it doesn't). Use more than 3 braincells and think critically please. Installed Switch software uses hardware generated certificates for basic measures against copying software directly to other Switches but NOT on what are noninstalled .nsp or .xci files
