Appeal #1: The "cuck" angle. Most people who hate blacked hate it for this reason, but the appeal is that the girl is cucking you. The fact that the guy is black adds contrast and renforces the idea that you are a cuck. It plays up the "beta white boy" stereotype. Unsurprisingly, it's mostly beta white boys who find this hot.
Appeal #2: It's not really about cucking, but just about the girl wanting really good sex. The girl sees black men as sexually superior, and therefore desires them exclusively as sexual partners. It leans heavily into the stereotypes that black men have big dicks and are better at sex. The girl may be prejudiced against blacks or racist, even see them as inferior, but still wants to have sex with them because of how hot and intense the sex is. She is letting go of her shame and giving in to pure pleasure. She's so horny that she'll spread her legs for a black guy she just met, because she knows he has a huge dick and he can make her cum really hard. The appeal in this case is similar to bestiality.
