Poor man's Zard X. Why do they bother with these creatively bankrupt ripoffs? They could have done Megas with the Tera Boost for pokes not holding the stone and it would have been 100x better.

It's not any better since they haven't improved since the first with Z-Moves. They're all just slightly different flavors of a nuke move and they haven't been assed to actually balance them like they did megas since by the time problems with the old one can be addressed the new one is on its way.

Yea, I do agree with how they have been limited. But I think going forward they need to do somthing with what they already have, or do non battle gimicks. Hell, id ratehr they take the time it takes to do new gimicks to add in more of the national dex.

So is this a new or at least updated model finally? Like the mesh, not just the textures? The arms and hands are notably more defined and the wings seem maybe a bit longer (looking at the first joint after the "thumb" spike, it's longer).

I think they have been slightly updating the models since gen 7 but for the most part not enough to have any noticeable change from gen to gen.

I would have preferred the crystalline body but instead of a hat a giant its a smybol for the tera type either behind them or beneath as a platform and they "refract" the type through them

SwSh went up to 5 stars IIRC, which were luck based if solo, but doable assuming you have a strong counter and decent AI pokemon. By the end I had trained up a full team of level 100s that could cover most types.
