It doesn't even need to setup as long as it has Freeze Dry and any decent water STAB. It just comes in to revenge kill something and snowball from there.
This is basically special Kartana but with much better STABs.

Maybe. If Mach Punch is a problem players will invest some HP EVs in it. It has plenty of speed and after killing something it gets a boost if its ability is a BB clone anyway.

If it has Freeze-Dry, probably only superfat stuff that isn't weak to either STAB like Ferrothorn, Galarian Slowking, Hisuian Goodra, Snorlax, Empoleon, Cresselia.
Nothing fully resists the combination except Dry Skin Jynx and Thick Fat Walrein, so you have to hope that it doesn't get any weird coverage move or boosting move like Focus Blast or Nasty Plot to force through these counters.
