it was just $10 or so less than normal price of the box on ebay.
i think the early sword and shield sets just had very bad pull rates. i dont think the box was tampered with or anything.

the rest were rare holos if the code card was white.
i checked the code cards again. 14 white out of 36 packs.
as i said, early era sword shield, some boxes just had awful pull rates / bad luck.
the trainer gallery slot / raidiant rares / amazing rares kinda remedied the bad luck issue.
