I've scrutinized this and I have a few theories:
1. Rfakes are after box legends. Wiglett + Tentacool Mushroom lines.
2. Cross-gen evos are after box legends, Kaka said Primeape evo had a dex number over 1000. While he incorrectly assumed the amount of new Pokemon. It's possible he still got this part correct.
3. Some standalone mons with alternate forms might have been mistaken for evolution lines. Similar to Wishiwashi, you'd assume its alternate form to be an evolution if you didn't know better.
