Fire+Ghost defense orkented bulky monis a joke, and he has nothing to threaten back with. Slower than Bisharp is the nail in the coffin. All attack set-up mons have an earthquake or knock off coverage move, and his special defense is just average, so unaware is completely useless. They did my boy real dirty.
NU at best with all the mons that struggle with coverage.
Duck can be a pretty good finisher. With all the broken new offense speedy paradox (but that either have poor defense bulk or are ground/steel, Ursaluna, maybe Goodra, etc.), duck can find his niche with a good priority move. Also if he has quiver dance he's OU.
Cat might not be Uber only if the power creep is so absurd that defense becomes obsolete, and set-up mons / fast sweepers roam everywhere and don't let cat play its game.
Else it's Uber.
