I don't see the duck getting very many if at all moves other than water/fighting I think his coverage will be extremely subpar.
Croc on other hand resists fairy, steel, fire, ice, (less importantly also grass and bug), has normal and fighting immunity. Decent HP stat all he needs is Calm Mind with Unaware and he can be good. He will 100% get will o wisp. Imagine your OPP got Swords Dance off with Scizor. Bring in Skeledirge, unaware laughs in the face, wisp if they go for some pathetic attack or free calm mind on switch. I'm going to definitely try and make skeledirge work. I think Quaquaval's already solved unless his movepool is crazy unexpected.
