Every time a new Pokemon was revealed, all the artists would scramble to be the first to make rule 34 of that Pokemon and post it. That's how I learned about Kyurem, after its reveal someone drew it blushing with a giant prehensile dick and I thought "what the fuck is that thing". They usually had the common courtesy to mark those images as spoilers though, so mods didn't give a fuck.
