my god. Not 1 single design that is even decent, I can't use any of these. Not even good, but decent. Nothing. Everything is shit. so bad. Maybe tentacool? is the tentacruel worse? It's all so bad...

I hope national dex never returns so the majority of these shitmons are not in future games.

Annihilape being the Primeape so mad it dies is pretty good, very solid execution of the concept although I feel like a lot of that just comes from not being too different. There aren't many wholly original mons here that are actually good, most of the good or decent ones are based off old mons in one way or another

I didn't like the artstyle, but I thought the starters had some potential, the evolutions are abysmal and everything else is much worse. I've disliked the majority of new pokemon since gen 5 but this is the first time I can't find a SINGLE pokemon that I think is even worthy of existing, let alone a team of 6.

The ghost dogs look stupid, and they already did the candle motif. The Dolphins are just dolphins in a bad cartoon artstyle that can hardly even be called pokemon.

My standards are not even high.

I mentioned tentacool as okay, and saw tentacruel and it looks the same. Cloudsire would be okay but the model looks too big / bad porportions in game.

I think some of the first forms are sort of okay, like le chonk and fidough had potential and shit the bed.

Gen 5 in general is full of discount gen 1 mons and leftover that never made the cut into prior games. First gen where the majority of new pokemon were not acceptable. BW2 was babies first game so it's hard for them to accept gen V was when the decline snowballed.
