Ryujinx recommended for now. Use the build from the PR mentioned below to get rid of piss and cum and period blood

The build linked above should fix this. I've also read that it should also fix period filters (red tint).However, this is a bleeding edge build still under dev so don't expect it to fix everything
But the game is pretty playable at the moment with this so go ahead
