In Brazilian Carnaval, there's this thing called mestre-sala e porta-bandeira.
It's a couple, with the man (mestre-sala) dancing around the woman (porta-bandeira) who carries the flag of their samba school and spins a lot

They could have made it more manly... the mestre-sala doesn't usually shake his ass, that's for the women. And in many cases they wear suits as well.
