Why would I waste my money on a game that'll last me a weekend?

My preferred format is 6v6 singles, there is zero support for it in the games, Showdown is where that happens.
I'm not even considering buying the game, I'll play through the story once there are difficulty rom hacks available and the game runs well on emulators.

Yeah well, SV has the same issue if not worse since the open map means you don't even have to go through routes and trainer battles, you can literally walk from cutscene to cutscene.
