Yes, those pokemon have eyes, but are you really so retarded that I need to explain why those make sense and this doesn't? They are things with eyes because pokemon are cohesive, living creatures, and living creatures have eyes attached to their bodies. Ghost pokemon get more wacky with it, but they still follow some pretty cohesive design principles. Dhelmise's "eye" isn't being possessed to float around and look like an eye for no reason, it's built in the design in a way that makes it look like an eye without forcing it to be. They all have actual bodies that the eyes are designed into, functional or not, like any believable creature would. Ghost magic doesn't make an uninspired and ill-fitting design good even if you can make it make sense. Also solosis is a retarded example here seeing as it's not even an objectmon
Bramblin is too simple and uninspired, that is indeed the issue. It's just a "give it eyes" mon but they didn't even try to make it creative or seem like an actual pokemon. That's why I wish it would have been a tangela form instead, I don't see what about that would be confusing to you. Bramblin is the issue, Tangela is the solution
