To be entirely honest I have no idea why the reactions to this dex have been so negative looking at them all side by side like this. There's some real shitters like Spidops, Shroodle, and the Pseudo (in my opinion, I know that that isn't very popular), but there's a fuckton of pretty cool and creative designs like Annihilape, Tinkaton, the Dung Beetle evo, Revavroom, Lokix, Garganacl, etc. etc.

Not really, in my opinion. There are some I really don't fucking like (Spidops especially is on my shitlist, I'm a huge spiderfag and it's miles worse than the irl counterpart) but it's no higher a proportion than other gens for me looking at it.

I thought the gen was awful at first but I'm actually neutral towards more pokemon than I expected.
I still don't like it overall, there aren't really any pokemon that stand out to me, the standards are quite low.
