If you have a Nvidia GPU, then you can probably run the game in a playable state.
However, if you have an AMD GPU, you are gonna encounter a lot of bugs and glitches and period blood and what not. One way to fix it is run Ryujinx on Linux instead, which has been reported to solve the issues with AMD GPUs. Alternatively, just wait for a fix which may arrive in a few days

At the moment, only Ryujinx works well, and considering that the developers of both emulators do not want to get into legal trouble, we're solely dependant on bleeding edge builds for running the game.

Ryujinx recommended for now. Use the build from the PR mentioned above to get rid of piss and cum and period blood.

The build linked above should fix this. I've also read that it should also fix period filters (red tint). However, this is a bleeding edge build still under dev so don't expect it to fix everything

Recommended settings for Ryujinx are:

Expand DRAM Size to 6GB - Off

Graphics Backend Multithreading: Auto
Try switching between Vulcan and OpenGL to see which works for you
Enable Shader Cache: On
Resolution Scale: 2x (720/1080 if you have a very shit GPU)
