Off hand, the only things I can think of are like, Natu and Xatu having cultural origins that made him uncomfortable for whatever reason, and maybe when a pokemon is limited to being male or female only because it looks masculine or feminine.
...Or if you scroll down to the comments section and sometimes find him arguing with someone, which he will often turn into a left vs right thing if it didn't start that way. I wouldn't consider that part of the review itself though.
You can discern vague political leanings (definitely left, but hard to tell how far) from the reviews, like 99% of the time in his reviews, it's turned off.
