I kinda wish it got a hidden ability just so I could use the cute little Zero form with its cute little heart tattoo.

Bulletproof, Steadfast (in jp Indomitable Heart), Justified, or maybe Stakeout would help it keep its identity as an undercover superhero.

Or Friend Guard for its friendly nature. Or even Unaware like this one is just too fucking stupid to know it's a superhero.

I don't hate the Hero form—I just like options.

I'm pretty sure anon is saying that Finizen totally unnecessary when its design is almost completely identical to Palafin's Zero form. There is literally no reason for the prevo to exist as a separate Pokémon.
Then again this gen is absolutely filled with obvious dex padding so it's not a surprise.

Do you completely miss the point? Finizen = citizen. Palafin = paladin.
Its Zero form is it blending in with Finizen, because not every Finizen is a hero. The theming would be moot if there wasn't a prevo or counterpart.
