Genned - Although all hacked pokemon are generated, not all generated are hacked. You can generate legit mons to avoid all the breed and use they online. I played 400+ hours of SW/SH on switch and all my mons were generated in pkhex.

I really don't know how they're going to handle a Battle Ready Mark #2 if transfer moves are possible unless all Battle Ready Pokemon from SWSH are actually still considered Batttle Ready when moved to Gen 9. It COULD work, since any move that's no longer legal would just to be deleted. I could be totally wrong but it doesn't really look like anyone had moves removed from their level up movepools between SWSH and SV. In fact I had compared Gogoat between SV and Gen 7 and it looked as if its moves hadn't changed at all. He's probably lost breeding moves but it looked as if they hadn't modified the level up moves as much as they did between Gen 7 and Gen 8, so a Pokemon that missed being in SWSH might actually benefit from not having it's movepool trimmed down. (Wonder if they got the same egg move trimming treatment though?)

I'm pretty sure TPC put out a statement a while ago (when PLA HOME compatibility dropped) and said that, moving forward, you can't transfer moves anymore. I wish I had saved the source, but I didn't think something like that would be necessary since a lot of people on /vp/ were happy about it because it'd screw over transferred toxic stallmons. It's really weird that people have forgotten about it, it was kind of a big announcement.

Well I got it from Home, don't have hacked on anything (to my knowledge at least) but I still can't trade it (can trade anything else though) so who knows dude. Plus with how Many hacked mons slip through you could have 60% of your mons be hacked and not know unless you wanna comb through them

TLDR I've resived pokemon in home only for home to then tell me I cannot send them.

The Pokemon are only given a unique Home ID when they are moved into Home for the first time. Clone and then move. And don't clone ones that have been in Home again (not that I'm sure they bother checking for that but technically they could)
