It's dumb, but if there were good clothing options, that was going to be what tipped me over to buying it. I can put up with jank since they're trying a lot of new things, and a lot of it would be new to me anyway since I skipped the last gen. Just would be nice to dress my little dude how I want instead of being one of 4 clones.

You have 4 sets of uniforms by default for each season along with another set of (non-uniform) shoes/socks/hats/backpack/accessories meanwhile you can buy everything else to wear that's school-approved from shops. Yes, one of the NPCs literally says that the shit you can buy for customization was approved by the school. Have you ever had to wear a uniform before?
