Roaring Moon might be the strongest Pokemon introduced here. The Misdreavus one looks really damn good as well (will likely cause Scizor to skyrocket in usage alone).
Valiance, Jugulis, Slither Wing, Moth, Delibird and the Donphans all look promising.
Cyclizar gets a lot of useful tools as well, pretty stoked to try this guy out.
The Spirigatito evo really does look like this gen's Greninja. Protean nerf wont tank them like people think.

Clogsire is bulky as shit
Electric Bird looks like a fantastic rain staple
Unsure about Kingambit and Shitass dolphin. Kingambit has some really good points going for it with its new ability, but it'll fulfill a different (and maybe less desirable?) niche than Defiant, and as a Defiant user Bisharp actually looks better. The new ability looks good, but its naturally inconsistent as it relegates its usefullness purely to late-to-endgame. We'll have to see the numbers and how it pans out.
Dolphin I dont know all the details, but if it requires going in and out to activate, the oppurtunity cost may be too much and too inconsistent. Could be another, less shitty, Wishiwashi type pkmn. A lot of setup to get going, and it tanks your momentum.
