I finally found an evolution method for this.
>level 38 Finizen
>do damage to the opponent Pokémon
>switch out to new Pokémon in team
>the new Pokémon needs to take damage until it reaches exactly 1 HP.
>switch that Pokémon to Finizen again
>KO (or one hit KO idk) the opponent that gave the second Pokémon 1 hp.
>Finizen evolves at the end of the battle with a special evolution sparkle showing it’s true heart
I’ve been testing this for hours but I got it now.
>level 38 Finizen
