Just fucking around with Reshade and it's amazing what actually cel shading the fucking game and messing with the tonemapping can do to the game.
The level of detail in City areas and shit is actually exactly what I wanted, looks like any other competent city. It's just fucked by the Switch and GameFreaks inability to use post processing.
