Believe it or not, I got them in a small lot from a garage sale for $5, which also had two Charizards (foil and non-foil) in it. The seller had also mentioned that someone had been there earlier and bought most of his regular Pokemon cards, but either didn't notice these or just left them because "Topps are worthless". I got very lucky
