All they had to do was add some backstory reason for her to have trust issues so at least then there'd be some kind of explanation as to why she doesn't talk to anyone properly about it, but instead they just gave her a dead friend she named her Whismur after with no real details besides her being dead and Zinnia missing her, so she ends up looking like a bitch who'd rather keep everyone in the dark for the hell of it.
