Make sure it is updated to the latest version.
At the moment, only Ryujinx works well for both Nvidia and Linux AMD. Windows AMD is very very bugged. Use the build from PR #3832 if you still want to try it.
Even Nvidia users are encouraged to use PR #3832, I've had terrible FPS and this build has improved it a lot.

>GPUs
If you have a Nvidia GPU, then you can probably run the game in a playable state.
AMD GPU users are getting a multitude of issues, but PR #3832 on Ryujinx seems to fix a lot of them. An alternative is to run the emulator on linux.

Recommended settings for Ryujinx are:
- Input
Enable Docked Mode - Off
- System
Enable VSync - Off (On if the game runs too fast for you)
Expand DRAM Size to 6GB - Off
- Graphics
Graphics Backend Multithreading: Auto
Shader Backend: Vulkan (esp for PR#3832 build)
Enable Shader Cache: On
Resolution Scale: 2x (720/1080 if you have a very shit GPU)

Ryujinx has released 1.1.343

So far my AMD which was displaying piss on Vulkan and white textures with OpenGL now works fine, fps aren't optimal but it's promising
