The past ones have entries referencing their being the same as ones in the expedition journal. The future ones have ones from a wacky conspiracy magazine.
I assume Violet does the opposite and gives silly explanations for the past ones and neither game has actual scientific information on them because they're ripped from their own time (or from imagination if the one theory bounced around is true) and only exist in one place.

I'm conflicted about this bros. On the one hand sun is the most based weather, on the other hand it's stupid that actual fun mons like chlorophyll users won't even be on the team because it's better to just play random paradox mons.

I've already been teambuilding and I really wanted to include Scovillain, but I ended up cutting it for Sandy Shocks for the rain matchup. Then it's just flutter mane, chi-yu, and a support core of torkoal/gastro/grimmsnarl. Might switch out gastro for clodsire, but you're still right. With Kilowattrel I think sun's just too vulnerable to rain if you're running traditional fire and grass types.

The plot is they are supposed pokemon from past/future, the thing is the professors built a time machine to retrieve them but the truth their machine is not a time machine but rather a dream-come-true machine and those mons are their imagination of what poke.on of those times would look like, Khu implied DLC would shed some more light into that plus include the two missing paradox pokemons.

The biggest new rain threat is Kilowattrel. Sandy Shocks is immune to electric stab, resists hurricane, leaving weather ball in rain the only thing you have to worry about. It comes down to weather control still, but if you keep sun it up it shits on anything they want to run.

Thunderus won't be available until home so it's a moot point for now. Kilowattrel has good offensive stats, 3 great abilities (Competitive, Volt Absorb, and Wind Power), and access to weather ball and tailwind.

If a story is based anywhere in Asia and a story involves the characters affecting history in a way that takes glory away from China or implies that the time traveller was the REAL reason something happened, it's banned. The best irl reference I can come up with is that Endgame wasn't banned in China but Eternals was.

Spectrier was much tankier but still noticeably frail. Flutter Mane also doesn't have the broken ability of Spectrier. You can easily sac a Pokemon to get into better position against Flutter, but against Spectrier that would only make it stronger.

Also, Iron Bundle exists and is even more threatening than Flutter Mane.

According to the pastebins that the compfag threads have in their OP, only Scizor gets it in its level up moveset. Meditite, Makuhita, Riolu, and Croagunk all have it listed as egg moves but they can't breed with Scizor so I don't know where they're supposed to get it from.

He has ice beam, pump, freeze dry. Nothing resists this combo and they are all strong moves, relatively.
It can't revenge a flutter without chip but it's extremely powerful.

Delibird is more reliable since unboosted 135 SpA with Shadow Ball isn't going to cut it in OU anymore. Gengar hits nearly as hard and it has Nasty Plot. Being weak to revenge killing physical attackers is a huge issue when Barraskewda and Urshifu are hanging around.
