>>52117976No. You are the one misunderstanding. All wild Pokémon in this game are programmed to not use their battle-ready animations, regardless of species. There was no injection error. I know because I'm the one who made that thread lol. All I did was use a cheat code to change the encounters to Typhlosion. They only use their battle-ready animations if sent out by a trainer.
Also, an interesting observation I made, and not aimed at you precisely. For some Pokémon, they were given a new animation for battles, and the old one was used for the wild, but for others it's vice versa. For example, Typhlosion follows the prior; its old animation was used for the wild and it was given a new battle-ready animation. But for others like Ampharos it was given a new animation for the wild, and its old animation is used for battles.
