No it'll be out day 1. It's already done, they've been working on it since the game leaked.
They're just moralfags who don't want to admit they pirated the game, which would be implied if they released it before launch.

but pkhex support for the new games don’t come out until a few days after the games’ official release date.

Pkhex support for PLA was released 8 days after the game was officially out

Question about Pkhex, if I hack a pokemon in, does it register in my pokedex? Or do I need to hack them in another savefile then trade with my actual savefile to get the entry?
