I refuse to play a proper save file on emulator, so i just speedran 3 times with each starter to see if i liked them in game. in the same waiting boat to play it offically and take my time.
if you care about my opinion btw, its that i like the cat but hate it's signature move (will get old quick and it's just too weird doesn't feel like pokemon, also it's floating flower noclips into the cats neck and it looks stupid), the croc is actually really small compared to the others, and not just because it's on the ground, and also has the worst cry i've ever heard (he constantly does it too, he won't shut up), and the duck im okay with everything about it surprisingly... besides the dreaded gay run. it ruins it all completely. it's okay to have goofy and funny pokemon, even flamboyant ones, but don't make your fucking starter any of those, they should always be cool to a degree.
