Seriously debated putting Typhlosion dead last because it's the only Pokemon to have gotten actively worse between PLA's incomplete placeholder data and SV, but H-Avalugg never had a chance in hell and they did nothing to fix that so it loses by defualt imo.

If were talking about if they were improved from PLA or not:
Winners: Decidueye, Samurott, Arcanine, Kleavor, Overqwil, Sneasler, Ursaluna, Lilligant, Basculegion, Braviary
About the same as in PLA: Wyrdeer, Electrode, Goodra, Avalugg
Losers: Typhlosion, Zoroark (for Zoroark its signature move was nerfed and its stats are now the same as regular Zoroark, but it is still a great mon)

The list of Pokemon that can keep their health up, clear entry hazards, and attack samurott back at the same time is rather low. Sharpness and ceaseless edge's new effect is a pretty big glow up, but it probably won't get many opportunities to play that matchup out with how many good pokemon are faster than it. Arcanine's rock stabs and recoil-less flare blitzes solves pretty much all of its offensive issues. Its got the same problem of being too slow for this meta, but if it ever gets a good, but Still having extremespeed is nice. If either does manage to get a safe in, they'll fuck. Wyrdeer doesn't do that much special, but having a trick room setter with intimidate is nice for those kinds of squads. Plus in singles, it's the only one that doesn't get completely fucked by taunt heatran, if it comes back (necrozma has ground moves, but its survivability isn't as great).
