I did some extra homework because Gallade's most prominent adversary, Medicham, got buffed as well with the addition to CC to its arsenal.
Tested the damage of both as 252/252 Jolly no boosting moves vs a ??? type Defensive Mew.
The result of the tests were the following:
> Gallade's best Fighting STAB, 135 BP Sacred Sword, only does 6-8% less damage than medi's CC, while having no downsides and more PPs.> Gallade's best new Psychic STAB, 105 BP Psycho Cut, does at least 2% more damage than medi's zen headbutt, while having perfect accuracy and high crit rate.Gallade also has Agility now so it can do Agility + 3 attacks or Double Dance sets on top of his existing SD, AoA, Choiced and even the niche AV sets.
Ain't gonna break the higher tiers, but will surely leave a lasting mark in the lower tiers.
Also nice that Gallade has received a pretty much permanent buff to his base forme, meaning that it's not bound by generational gimmick and will buff Gallade for the better forever.
