I know about Spain's history with bulls. I don't know why they needed three variants that are almost identical in design with one of them being a boring monotype. What incentive is there to even use the pure fighting one. We didn't have 3 alolan exeggutors for all the different kinds of palm trees in Hawaii.

It's a fighting bull, so it's Fighting, and it has variants because the whole gimmick is that it represents the singularly noteworthy aspect of Spain's fighting bull culture which is their breed variety. I just don't understand why they had to make one of them mono fighting instead of a more interesting type combination. I don't mind the fire and water ones, it's the third one that could have been made more unique. That's why I asked why there had to be three of them when the first one was far less interesting than the other two.

Because they wanted one that learns Fighting moves instead of Fire or Water ones, like how Kantonian Tauros learns Normal moves at those same levels. It's also the common and default breed rather than the rarer breeds, and is the only way to use Raging Bull as a Fighting move.

Yes. Mono-Fighting learns whatever Kantonian Tauros learns at the levels the other 2 learn STAB moves for their secondary typing. There's also quite a few TM learnset differences for obvious reasons.

Huh, I guess that's how it uses aqua jet. On the main topic, this made me realize that Paldean Tauros uses their horns as their source of power. I kind of wish there was more now. Imagine, an Eletric one, ice, ground, anything to do with elements.

You need to be in one of the locations marked orange in pic related. It can appear among the Tauros ONLY that spawn in those specific locations.
I wasted too much time in this because people who had it and just kept saying "it's among the common Tauros" wouldn't post the damn Pokedex habitat image for it here. There are places which spawn common Tauros but not Fire Tauros.
Anyway, go to one of those locations and eat a Pickle Sandwich. You will find it easily if you do so.
