>>52131274I don't see why not. It is another Hypnosis based Pokemon, which could EASILY be a Villain. I put Hypno there since for Hypnosis it has a few OTHER traits that make it come across more Villain like. As well as a more unique personality typing.
BUT Espathra could also easily work in multiple places, and would probably be a scarier Hypnosis type villain than Hypno, as they may have crueler intentions.
But my word isn't final, make your own choices. Besides, there are likely MORE villains than heroes at the end of the day. Could end up having both, just different Villain Teams.
