Someone on r*ddit made a projected nat dex based on the order of paldea's regional dex and it put Gholdengo at no. 1000 and Gimmighoul at no. 999, honestly that's probably what I'd go with

yeah, for some reason Game Freak decided for National Dex numbers to be completely fucking random, even more so than in Gen 1. It is Tinkatiff I think

yeah the internal numbers are weird but I wouldn't take them as fact/the official ones at all, especially since TPC wont leave blank spots for Paradox Suicune/Virizion in the official national dex order on Home/their website
