I played both v0 copies on official hardware, and have had bugs and glitches happen constantly with SV. sometimes theyre funny and harmless, like pokemon falling through the ground or the camera clipping through the floor, or pretty bad like seizure inducing strobes at random and freezes/random crashes. Had way more fun with PLA (and barely any bugs), however I would never in a million years pay 60 dollars for it because its still slop

Has the patch for SV helped you at all or is it still a buggy mess? I never noticed any bugs in PLA and the one video I saw of a bug was just a harmless video glitch. why don't the PLA team work on the main games, they're obviously more competent

I haven't downloaded it since I heard it was a balance patch, and I don't feel like downloading the update because my internet speeds are really slow. Don't imagine it'd fix much anyway. I usually play games without updating them and everything works fine and I don't run into any bugs

He's talking about stat increases/decreases, which in SV are back to being horribly slow paced text boxes for every stat after the stat up/down animation. Any competent dev would have rolled all the information in one text box, it's not difficult to program.

Yeah, because SV is blatant downgrade in nearly everything what PLA did right.

That's based, but it's actually because flinch moves such as Rockslide would delay the opponent in PLA. I really liked that system although it needed a few adjustments like a cap on how many consecutive actions a Pokemon could take because Weavile and a few other mons were broken. It was also kind of refreshing for the attack stats to not matter so much in damage calculation allowing more moves to be viable.

You have to be truly retarded to think PLA isn't a superior game to everything since B2W2. If GF abandon the mechanical and QOL changes they made for PLA, then this franchise is doomed. Playing SV feels like wading through fucking mud with how slow and not-snappy everything feels.

How was PLA's performance on release? SV is pretty bad and I'm wondering if they'll even make an attempt to fix it. Played PLA a month ago and was surprised by how smooth and engaging it was, and so far SV has left me severely unimpressed with its performance and visual glitches.

Otherwise it’s really stable even in rain or snow and while flying too.
Sv however clearly won’t be good at release. In fact it probably will be bugs and lags galore for few months from release
