Daschbun would be a good choice, but I think the developers' aim was to convey attitude, not profession. They could give Brassius the avante garde artist a Smeargle, but it says more about him that he turns a Sudowoodo into a grass type and calls it a Truedowoodo. Katy has a warm, motherly personality and a teddy bear fits her lines. Personally I'd have gone with Stufful / Bewear, but I don't know if those ones are even coded into the game.
