>>52142315There is character that the official mons have that Anons simply lack. The Tinkaton line in particular oozes character, it's a bullied line that eventually turns into a bully itself. Aside from Pokedex entries it also kinda shines through their designs. There is a clear gimmick here, and they ran with it. It makes Tinkaton memorable.
Most official mons have design philosophies like this.
Admittedly it's unfair to compare something that animates to a fandesign without context, but it's arguebly the artists fault for not being aware of that disadvantage and drawing the design in a pose that makes it known what the Pokemon is about and communicates its gimmick and personality.
I do not know what Anons fem fairy type is supposed to be, it looks like a demonic succubus goat, a trope that I have seen many times across many different media. There doesn't seem to be any "quirk" to it.
