>>52159965Looking at her up close for the first time (I didn't care about her so I've been ignoring it up until now), I think what I hate the most is the hand-shaped braid. I can live with her ugly face, weirdly tight turtleneck (who the fuck is she, parasoul?) or the fact she's a 40-something "rapper", but the braid hand is just too silly. Not even the hand end per se (which is still dumb but could work), the entire thing looks like sausages more than hair, and the point where the braid connects to the head is painful to look at.
Someone will probably come along, try to tell me "uh actually it's a reference to [thing] so it's genius". Things are not excused from looking ugly or tackled on just because they've been researched, you can try harder to make it flow better with everything else, or better yet just give her normal fucking braids with shorter segments for once, there's nothing wrong with a character having non-unique elements to them when there's already so much else going on in this clusterfuck.
