The hell did they expect, they'd leak literally any fucking shit, even images with swears against them for e-cred. Dude was probably about to do a prolapse on Pokemon Scarlet's anus before Nintendo/Game Freak/whoever the heck finally decided to interviene and you could tell he could potentially be in trouble for it simply due to the fact that they'd erase the images right after the damage was done.
Even people who wouldn't follow them would retroactively get spoiled by friends, if said followed friends would happen the like/share his own content. That's a goddamn recipe for illegally distributed chaos if you ask me, regardless of whether there's a NDA or not simply because it is done BEFORE RELEASE and the man distributed enough spoilers to goddamn make Nintendo's headquarters finally seem like a rave party with the siren lights.
