I'm saying the whole point of eating a meal that increases Water encounters is that you encounter more Water Pokemon.
If you aren't looking for the Fighting Tauros, don't eat a meal that will increase the chance of Fighting Pokemon showing up. Sure they're Fighting Water and Fighting Fire, so they're still going to show up but it just sounds silly to be still including the regular Tauros in the encounters you're trying to increase.
