Jugulis looks to be about as good as standard Hydreigon.
It's swapped its Dragon typing for Flying, which is a mixed bag-- doesnt let it come in as offensively, as it doesn't have as many good resistances. This also means it lacks Draco spam, and in addition no Nasty Plot.
Jugulis gained a better Speed tier, while shaving off a little bit from everywhere else, most notably Attack. This is the biggest boon. It's also got Hurricane, which isnt quite as good as Draco, but by no means bad. I'd lean toward Hydreigon being better, but Jugulis is quite good too.
Neither have Roost, which is a nerf for Hydreigon. But its gained SR, which is better than it sounds, as Hydreigon naturally forces switches.
Hydreigon's main issue coming in is things like Flutter Mane and Ice leopard being so damn threatening. But on the other hand, Hydreigon benefits quite a bit from Terastalizing compared to others. I'm sure it'll be OU viable as always, but whether it lands in there is up in the air. I'd wager on it not.
