Serebii.net was literally founded on the premise that Joe had a "friend in Japan" who would funnel him information from GameFreak that he would then curate for his western userbase. To us, that was the equivalent of true leaks back then. Joe is a hypicrite to deny the existence of leaks today, especially when thats clearly how he's able to update shit so fast
