I picked the Duck for my emu playthrough, the way people had been talking made me think the Cat would be the better one, so I was gonna get him on cart, but now I'm hearing the opposite. I guess it doesn't 'really' matter with trading and such, but it's a bit inconvenient.

Cat has better utility and better statline. Duck is a sweeper gimmick and i doubt it'll end up being better.
People are massively overrating the protean nerf, and cat overall just has a lot of good stuff attributes.

Bulk-Up+Flame Charge probably.
Also probably cause they didn't want it to overlap with Buzzswole.
It looks funky statwise but i think it'll be fine. Fighting/Bug is okay defensively and Volcs bulk isn't really the issue.

They both do different things and can have a place in OU, even on the same team.
Quaquaval is a set up sweeper meant to snowball with Moxie and Aqua Step and provide a wincon.
Meowscarada is a cleaner meant to attack off the bat, probably with a choice item, and switch out, with some added utility like setting Spikes, and only sweep if the opponent is weakened enough.

The only question is, can Quaquaval distinguish itself from the numerous offensive threats in SV? It's stats are pretty mediocre outside of Attack, it NEEDS to get at least one Aqua Step in or it's functionally an average wallbreaker.
And Meowscarada has stiff competition in Greninja and Cinderace when they come out, as they do almost exactly the same thing.

Arboliva's not really a support mon either, it's a fairly straightforward special tank.
Seed Sower is more for its own benefit since it's not reliable enough to build a team around.
Hyper Voice, Earth Power, Strength Sap and a Grass stab of your choice should be Arboliva's bread and butter.

Coverage wise it can hit almost the entire meta with CC/Moonblast/Knock Off and a fourth move which can be either Psychic or Thunderbolt. There are some mons that can still wall it with one or both of these moves but Toxapex isn't really one of them.

Really don't think so. Electric coverage is rare, in most cases (like 80% of them) that typing will have to play around earthquake
Volcanion has the same typing without an electric immunity but it was always the ground and rock weaknesses that got him since electric moves are rare on non-electric mons.

These two will likely end up RU and I was disappointed by their HAs being Weak Armor.

However I am gonna run a Weakness Policy set on both of them since Armarouge will be (I think) only one of two that can abuse Weak Armor and Weakness Policy with Endure. First moves I had in mind were Armor Cannon and Stored Power. Could substitute Stored Power for Psyshock and run Aura Sphere or Calm Mind in fourth depending on how hard you don’t wanna get set up on by some stall cores.

I think Ceruledge can pull it off better with Bitter Blade healing off any damage first before any contact damage from Rough Skin or Rocky Helm along with Shadow Sneak to beat priority revenge killers.
Could also run Close Combat for Rock and Dark types.
They’re definitely gonna get walled by TTar and Roaring Moon but eager to play with their options. Thoughts?

Banded Palafin gets a guaranteed OHKO outside of sun and 60-70% while in Sun. Lorb Valiant gets a 50% chance to OHKO after rocks with Sneak. Banded Kingambit OHKOs with Sucker Punch. Chien Pao speed ties with Timid Specs and outspeeds Modest Scarf and can kill with either Throat Chop or Sucker Punch. You actually don't need any investment on Scizor to deal with Flutter Mane with Bullet Punch, the hard part is just getting in and hoping they don't click Mystical Fire.

If you believe in the Gallade Tera Normal Sneak/Psycho Cut/Sacred Sword/Slash wallbreaking meme set, that has a 37.5% chance of OHKOing it and is guaranteed after rocks/spikes and can switch into it once. (assuming you are already normal or they dont just unga bunga click shadow ball if you switch in before going normal)

These are basically the only things I could see revenge killing it.

You're forgetting to take into account that hazards, especially Toxic Spikes will be everywhere and that Protect will be common to scout for random Terastals.
If Trannyvoir is poisoned and gets Scouted by Unaware mons with Protect it's basically deadweight.
Even without dedicated defensive answers, scouting reduces its surprise factor by a lot.
And its horrid bulk means most fatmons can beat it 1-on-1.

Toxapex is just a useful power benchmark (despite being kind of a bonafide shitmon with the movepool cuts now), it's not about it specifically, it's just that if a Fire type can 2HKO it so easily, what else can stand up to it? Pain split and toxic are really gonna hurt. All they can really do now is try to spread burns and set screens but with will o wisp and volt switch being so easy to see coming it won't be easy to make work, especially with no recovery

bundle can't switch into mane at all with lol 56/114/60 stats

so it's hard for bundle to check mane unless bundle is specifically on a rain team
