this thing is honestly garbage.
it just doesn't do anything.
it has a kind of bulky stat spread but with a shit defensive typing and no recovery.
can't make use of its 110 spa due to a shitty STAB combo, doesn't have the coverage to make up for it either.
and it has the absolute worst speed tier possible.
i don't see this thing playing a significant role in any form of play.
