Ok, you guys are way over-exaggerating how "bad" these games are now. I've been playing Scarlet all day and not experienced any of the bugs everyone is claiming are happening all the time. The framerate is the worst issue but its hardly gamebreaking. I feel like most of you just want an excuse to pretend this game is LE WORST EVER.

I don't think it's horrendous, but it's noticeable. It feels like when you play a PC game and your computer is slightly too shit to handle it properly. But it's not like that all of the time, it varies.

It's not the worst ever. It lacks content, lack of scaling ruins part of the game, the performance is ass but it's still fun to play regardless. Which isn't something I take for granted after the last few main game releases

No one's saying these games are unplayable dogshit. Of course they aren't. That's not the problem. The problem is they're JUST good enough to keep Pokemon fans content without pushing the envelope and introducing genuinely fun surprises and improvements. These games suck now because the magic of the future of Pokemon is dead. I can already see Gen 10 being just as disappointing.

Considering online play is pretty much limited to just raiding and battling I'm not sure what the point is. Kind of a bummer.

That's only because the devs for emulators are moralfags and don't optimize for leaks, and this game happened to have an issue with AMD cards specifically on emulator. The emulator gen will disappear by tomorrow. I've been running the game nigh flawlessly with a custom nightly build on Ryujinx for over a week with a 5800x and a 2070 super.
