I think it might be harder because the US sucks. Certain ISPs will lock you to your IP address so long as you have a plan with them and because they can buy out most of an area, lots of people have no options. I know MAC address changes or resets don't work for AT&T but DO work for Spectrum.

Showdown rangebans a lot of VPNs so I'm not sure if that would work.

Are you fucking retarded? ISPs literally charge you extra for a static IP. There are actual benefits associated with it. There's a lot more use in a static IP than a dynamic one, I don't think Spectrum really gives a fuck that you got banned from some retarded website. They do give a fuck if you are hosting your own data center at home though.

Are YOU? Read it again (resets don't work for AT&T but DO work for Spectrum.) AT&T does in fact stick you with a static IP and it will charge you to swap (look up their thing on purchasing a new Gateway, you are stuck with whatever IP was provided with the modem.)
