>>52186530Realistically there's no reason it shouldn't be in the games anyways. No one plays competitively for real in the actual games anymore because they have basically no game quality control. If they full rnd and actually made full rotations and tiers, pokemon would be a top tier competitive strategy game. They won't because that doesn't sell them any more product than what's already sold.
