Yes.

Graphics are shit, framerate drops to 15 sometimes in cities, and all NPCs walk around a 5fps by default to cut corners. It's incredible. Oh yeah Pokemon pop in is normal, like it was intended. Game doesn't even look as good as BOTW.

I've been playing it on my switch since the .xci for scarlet got leaked, and yeah the performance is dogshit even after v 1.0.1
