How long is going to take for the fake I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY SHIPPED A GAME IN THIS STATE shitposting to stop, everyone knows GameFreak is incompetent - this board never shuts up about it. Patches were a mistake. Ever since digital downloads and "day one patches" became a thing, games are never finished when they're released. You pay full price for a beta and the devs spend another year "patching" the game into a playable state. Games should be legally required to be finished when sold, and any needed "patches" should require a full recall of the games at the company's expense.
